Experiences

What we plan, and who we plan it for. Every trip starts with you, not with a package.

Who we plan for

Four kinds of traveler, each planned for differently. Most people are more than one.

What we plan

Personalized Travel Planning

It starts with a conversation about your kind of trip: early starts or slow mornings, guided or free, one base or many. Then we design the whole journey around the answers.

Hotels & Curated Stays

We look at the whole stay, not only the room: the street you walk out onto, the breakfast, the quiet. Then we recommend what fits, and book it if you would like us to.

Experiences & Itineraries

Tables worth the trip, a guide who knows the side door, a morning kept free on purpose. The parts that make a journey yours, fitted into one plan.

Group Travel

Celebrations, family reunions, friends who finally picked a date. We balance everyone’s priorities and keep the logistics off your plate.

Business Travel

The right hotel for the meeting and the evening after, simple logistics, and a few good recommendations for the free hour.

Hosted Journeys

Kara is exploring a first small-group journey for 2027. Mention it in your inquiry if you would like to hear when it is confirmed.

Before you ask

Do you only plan luxury trips?

No. Personal planning is about fit, not price. Some travelers want a once-in-a-lifetime splurge, others a well-planned week that makes every dollar count. We plan both.

What does planning cost?

It depends on the scope of your trip. We talk through planning fees in your first conversation, before any planning begins.

How far ahead should I reach out?

The earlier the better for popular places and busy seasons, but get in touch whenever the idea starts. We will tell you honestly what is possible.

Can you help with a trip I have partly booked?

Often, yes. Tell us what is already in place, and we will plan around it.

Do you plan group and business travel?

Yes. Groups of friends and family, celebrations, and business trips are all part of what we do. Kara is also exploring small-group journeys for the future.

Tell us where you’d like to go.
